THIS COMPANY took $319.01 out of my ck account every month for a yr or better to pay of credit card which thay never pay off or put any of the money on the bills And the credit cards keep chg me late chg for non payment so I pay off credit cards my self so for 3month I have call them to stop payment from my account so last mon thay did and close account thay took about $3828 out of my account that sent me a ckeck for $790.98 I expect to get $2500 back since thay did nothing but cost me more money for the late fee and I would like to get my money back Account_Number: **********

Global contracts directly with consumers, such as ************* to provide account administrative services solely as an agent of an FDIC insured bank. Global provided setup and administration for Ms. ******** dedicated account (the "Account") that was established for her utilization in connection with her debt settlement program administered by **************************** The relationship between Ms. ****** and Global is solely a banking relationship. Global does not administer, sell or provide any such debt settlement programs. Global's services were provided pursuant to Global's Dedicated Account Agreement & Application executed by Ms. ******, whereby she authorized/instructed Global to debit her primary bank account and make disbursements from her Account, which upon her instruction can be directed to creditors and/or for the payment of program fees. Global only assessed a monthly service charge of $10.95 for the services it rendered. All other fees and charges assessed against the Account were made pursuant to the relationship between ************ and ***************************. Please be advised that Ms. ******** Account was closed on March 5, 2020, and the remaining balance of $790.98 was returned to her via check. Any inquiries regarding Ms. ******** debt settlement program, program fees, creditors and/or payments made thereto will have to be addressed by ***************************. Please find enclosed a copy of Ms. ******** Account Activity Statement which provides a breakdown of all fees, charges, and any payments made from the Account.
